| If you conceive whilst on a course with this medication inform your doctor immediately.
If you need to undergo any kind of surgery, inform your doctor you are taking this medicine.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breast feeding or planning to conceive. |

| Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose. Consult your health care professional about your missed dose. |

Inform your doctor if you have or have ever had :
has serious infection
reduced kidney/liver function
suffers from a state of ketoacidosis high ketone levels in urine
undergoing surgery/has suffered from recent severe trauma
Do not treat yourself with OTC medication whilst on a course with this medication, without consulting with your health care professional.
If you experience dehydration, inform your health care professional, immediately. Do not treat yourself.
Wear a medical identification bracelet or chain that mentions you have diabetes, and a card that has a list of all medications that you take and the contact information of your health care professional. |
