What is your refund policy ?
Returns and replacements. If an order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, the customer is eligible for a refund or a reshipment. If your order was split up, and one or more of the shipments is missing 30 days or more from the date of order, we will reship the missing part(s).

Are International drugs the same as what I get from my local pharmacy ?
Yes. Some drugs have different brand names. Generic medications are the same as brand names but tend to be much cheaper. If your medication is not available or is available only in a different form, we will notify you.The medications are shipped from Tristatedrugs facility. Note, the medications are packaged in unmarked paper envelopes with the customs declaration forms attached including the Generic Brand Names not the USA Brand Names.

If I don't see my prescription medication on your price list, does that mean you don't carry it ?

How long will it take for me to receive my prescriptions by mail?

What is your return policy ?
The International College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)

Is Tristatedrugs a pharmacy ?

My order has entered Customs -- does this mean that it has been seized, or that I will not receive it ?
Please note that ALL orders are processed by Customs -- it does not mean that you will not receive your meds. Usually the parcels are cleared in 2-4 days, but sometimes it takes upto 10-12 days to be released from Customs

Will I have to pay any Customs Duties ?

How do I pay my bill?
An electronic invoice along with your account number and payment instructions will appear at the time of your purchase and a copy is sent to your email account. You can pay your bill 2 different ways:
Online Banking: Log in to your bank or credit union’s online banking portal. Go to the bill pay section and add eBillme as a payee using the information from your bill. (This step is only required the first time you use eBillme) Pay the amount listed on your bill.
Walkin Location: If you would prefer, you can also pay your bill at one of our 75,000 walk-in locations convenience stores, cellular stores, drug stores and Precash® locations near you. There is a minimal charge of $4.95 levied on payment through walk-in locations. Users can pay with cash at a MoneyGram office or at an IPP office or with a PreCash card.
EBillme is cash-based, so you cannot use a credit card to pay the bill thus avoiding providing anyone else with your credit card number or any other financial information.

Will I go directly to online banking?
No. For security reasons you won’t be redirected to your online banking accounts. Your bill is similar to any other bill that you would pay online. Simply log in to your bank’s bill pay service and complete your payment. Depending on your bank, you may be able to select eBillme from a list, or you may be required to enter the additional information found in the bill. Like other bills, you only have to set-up eBillme as a payee once so the next time paying will be even faster.

When will my order be shipped?
Your payment is processed as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours) to ensure that your online order gets shipped to you at the earliest. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and we typically ship as soon as payments are processed. There are instances when you may receive an email from eBillme saying you need to pay. You can ignore it, as usually it is an automatic response and could be due to time taken by bank to process order.

Can a parent or friend pay for my bill?
To have someone else (maybe your parent or friend) pay for your order, simply forward the bill eBillme sent to you by email to the person, or give them the printout of your bill. They can pay your bill just like paying a utility bill from their online bank or at a local walk-in location.
